FOR
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING TO EXAMINATION
OF

1st LEVEL

1. Fundamentals of philosophy and subsystem Agni Kempo.

2. The meditation technique of Agni Kempo (staging breathing + large breathing circle).

3. "L" - breathing.

4. General anatomy of a person.

5. General physiology of a person.

6. Stand:

    "Vnimaniye", "Peshets", "Mechnik", "Luchnik" - on the spot.

    The "Shturmovaiya" stand is in the "chelnok".

7. Self-insurance (1st level).

8. "Zoska" - knurling and impact padding of the body (1st level).

9. Strengthening of shock parts of the body (1st level).

10. Study of the 1st level of damage to the body.

11. Basic blocks of hands (from the main battle stand):

      - Verkhniy sekushchiy blok.
      - Blok dlan'yu (verkhniy, sredniy, nizhniy) 
      - Nizhniy naruzhnyy blok.
      - Sredniy sekushchiy blok.
      - Krylovidnyy blok (shlepayushchiy i  predplech'yem).

12. The basic technique of blows with hands (from the main

      battle stand):

      - Sredniy i verkhniy pryamoy udar kulakom.
      - Verkhniy pryamoy udar vertikal'nym kulakom.
      - Pryamyye udary kornem dlani (verkhniy, sredniy, nizhniy).
      - Udar kulakom sverkhu.
      - Krugovyye, korotkiye udary kulakom: verkhniy krugovoy i

        voskhodyashchiy.
      - Udary loktem: vverkh, verkhniy krugovoy, v storonu, sverkhu.
      - Sekushchiye udary: verkhniy, nizhniy, sverkhu, v storonu.

13. The basic blows technique of kicking (from the main battle

      stand):

      - Udar kolenom (pryamoy i krugovoy).
      - Nizhniye prednozhnyye udary (pod"yemom, pyatkoy).
      - Sredniye prednozhnyye udary (polupal'tsami, pyatkoy).

14. The basic technique of blocks with the help of feet:

      - «Podveshivaniye» nog.
      - Nizhnyaya prednozhnaya nakladka.
      - Sredniy prednozhnyy blok golen'yu.
      - Verkhniy prednozhnyy krugovoy blok.
      - Nizhniy prednozhnyy blok golen'yu.

15. The basic throws (5):

      - Otkhvat;
      - Brosok cherez bedro;
      - Perednyaya podnozhka;
      - Podkhvat (mozhet osushchestvlyat'sya iz lyubogo broska

        pervogo urovnya);
      - Brosok cherez plecho.

16. Throws of cutting the system of "Invulnerability" (6) from a

      direct kick in movement (in combination with painful and 

      suffocating techniques):

      - Otkhvat szadi (raskrytiye);
      - Podsad kolenom (zakrytiye);
      - Otkhvat speredi (zakrytiye);
      - Otkhvat szadi (zakrytiye).
      - Podsad kolenom (raskrytiye);
      - Podsechka pod pyatku (zakrytiye).

17. Six attacking and counter-attacking ligaments (in movement with

      a partner)

18. Dexterous hands (all "Mirrors").

19. "Circles of hands" - 1, 2.

20. Forms: 1 and 2.

21. Self-defense against a short stick – “Palitsa” (12).

22. Self-defense against a knife (12).

23. Examinations:

      The Theory:

      - the philosophical basis of Agni Kempo and his subsystems;

      - the general anatomy of a person;

      - the general physiology of a person;

      - resuscitation and treatment at the 1st level of damage.

      The Practice:

      1. 1st level self-insurance.

      2. Stands.

      3. Basic impact technique.

      4. Blocks technique.

      5. The technique of basic throws and Throws of cutting the

          system of "Invulnerability".

      6. Attacking and counter-attacking ligaments of the 1st level.

      7. Forms 1 and 2.

      8. Self-defense against a short stick – “Palitsa”.

      9. Self-defense against a knife.

    10. Strength exercises - push-ups on the fists in the support - 30,

          pull-ups on the crossbar- 10, exercise for the abdominal

          muscles "pump" - 30.

    11. "Bitiye zavad"  -  break up 2 boards in four exercises

          (fist, secant arm, elbow on top, heel from above).

Optional:  Stands: "Tur", "Konnik", "Stremennaya", "Rys", "Strelets",

                  "Medved" - in movement.

* The note: The amount of time required for a solid practical assimilation of the material is given from the calculation of three workouts per week, 3 hours each.
